On Friday evening, Telugu actor Sai Dharam Tej, who is Chiranjeevi's nephew, was involved in a vehicle accident in Madhapur, Hyderabad. According to reports, Tej was speeding on a sports bike when he lost control. Tej was rushed to Medicover Hospital for treatment shortly after the accident. Tej was later transferred to Apollo Hospitals, where he is stated to be stable.

Sai Dharam Tej is now awaiting the release of Republic, a Telugu film. He was last seen on screen in Solo Brathuke So Better, which was released last year. Thikka, Jawaan, and Chitralahari are just a few of his other well-known flicks.
