Just a day ago we had reported about Samantha Ruth Prabhu taking off to Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore. After wrapping up her professional commitments including the web show Citadel, Samantha is currently travelling down South wherein she has kicked off a journey of self-healing after her battle with the auto immune disease Myositis. In her journey, the actress’ first stop is the popular meditation centre in the heart of Coimbatore and recently she gave a glimpse of her time at the beautiful and serene location.

Enjoying the picturesque nature of Isha Yoga Centre, and religiously attending meditation sessions, Samantha Ruth Prabhu took to Instagram to share a heartfelt post about her trip to Coimbatore. Talking about taking some well-deserved time off to recharge her spirits at the Isha Foundation in Coimbatore, Samantha shared some pictures of herself meditating amongst a crowd of Yogis and she is seen donning a white Indian wear. Besides that, she also posted pictures of the foundation centre which is filled with tranquillity and serenity.

She also penned a heartfelt note, describing her experience there, saying, “A while ago, sitting still-without thoughts flooding, without twitching, itching, twisting and turning-seemed almost impossible. But today, a meditative state is my most powerful source of strength. Of calm. Of connection. And of clarity.. Who would have thought that something so simple could be so powerful”.

As fans eagerly await the release of her upcoming film Kushi, the excitement surrounding the on-screen pairing of her with Vijay Deverakonda is palpable. The film is slated for release on September 1 in Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada. Besides that, the actress will be essaying the role of the leading lady in the upcoming Indian spin off of Citadel, which also co-stars Varun Dhawan as the male lead. The show will stream on Amazon Prime Video but the release date is yet to be revealed.
