Actress and musician Shruti Haasan, who is gearing up for the teaser launch of Prabhas starrer Salaar, felt nostalgic when she returned to a place close to her heart. She returned to the memorable stage of St. Andrews Auditorium for a shoot and the actress considered it to be a special moment in her career as she fondly recalls performing at the same venue many years ago.

Shruti was just 17 years old when she first stepped onto the stage at St. Andrew's Auditorium to showcase her incredible talent and woo the audience with her captivating performance. Over the years, Shruti has obviously gone to give performances across the world. However, after exploring the globe as she returned to this special auditorium, Shruti couldn’t help but feel a sense of nostalgia and excitement all at once.

She took to her Instagram account to share the news with her fans, saying, "Life really does move in circles. Today I'm shooting at the st.andrews in Mumbai but many years ago this was one of the earliest places I was performing and singing .. 17 years old with stars in my eyes and hope in my heart, still all in black… nothing has changed and everything has changed. Life is beautiful .. never ignore your little dreams because one day those dreams become your everyday (evil eye emoji) (sic)."

Shruti Haasan, who was last seen in Waltair Veerayya, is currently gearing up for the much-awaited Salaar, in which she essays the role of Aadya alongside Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran. Directed by Prashanth Neel, the film is slated for release on September 28. Besides that, the actress also has the international venture The Eye, a psychological thriller directed by Daphne Schmon.
