The 10th Edition of the South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) is scheduled to be held in Bengaluru on September 10-11. The celebs have started walking the red carpet of the grand award night. Apart from enlightening the red carpet, many stars participated in a quick rapid-fire round, and one of those was Rana Daggubatti. In his piece the camera, the actor revealed the contacts that he has on his speed dial, which are his dad (Daggubati Suresh Babu), mom (Lakshmi Daggubati), and wife (Miheeka Bajaj).
Later, the Bahubali star was asked to name three actors he would like to work with. In a quick response, he replied, “I have already worked with all the ones I love”. However, the actor further added, “I would like to work with Mr Kamal Haasan.”
After his rapid-fire round, the Kaadan actor remembered his contemporary Puneeth Rajkumar, who died in October 2021. He said, “This year we are in Bangalore, and the only one we miss is our dearest Puneeth. He would be beaming with pride and would be opening tonight if he was here. Puneeth we miss you a lot.”

For the unversed, the award night also paid a tribute to the late Kannada actor Puneeth Rajkumar. In his honour, the award night presented him with the Best Actor in a Leading Role (Kannada) award for Yuvarathnaa.
On the other hand, Pushpa - The Rise director Arya Sukku and actor Allu Arjun bagged Best Director and Best Actor, respectively. Meanwhile, actress Pooja Hegde lifted the Best Actress award for the Akhil Akkineni starrer Most Eligible Bachelor. Kamal Haasan won the Lifetime Achievement Award post the massive success of Vikram.
