Prabhas's latest sci-fi epic, Kalki 2898 AD, has taken the box office by storm. Directed by Nag Ashwin, the film has reportedly crossed a whopping Rs. 400 crores worldwide within three days and is well on track to break opening week records. Kalki 2898 AD marks Sobhita's foray into dubbing. She took to her Instagram story on Monday to seemingly confirm it when she shared credits by makers thanking Arjun Das and Sobhita Dhulipala.

Kalki 2898 AD transports viewers hundreds of years into the future, a world vastly different from the one depicted in the Mahabharata. The film's central character, Bhairava (played by Prabhas), is a bounty hunter navigating the complexities of life in a society shaped by advanced technology and the lingering echoes of ancient mythology. Deepika Padukone takes on a complex role as SUM-80, a pregnant test subject caught in a brewing conflict. The legendary Amitabh Bachchan brings gravitas to the film as Ashwatthama, a character from the Mahabharata who is said to be cursed with immortality.
