SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali 3 in the works? Prabhas reacts : Bollywood News

The Baahubali franchise broke several box office records and also paved way for large-scale pan-India films. The film's gross earnings crossed over Rs. 1000 crore and is so far the highest-grossing franchise to date. The film directed by SS Rajamouli with Prabhas in the lead made the duo the most sought-after directors and actors in India. Baahubali 2 was released in 2017 and now fans are waiting for the third part of the film. Recently, during the promotions of Radhe Shyam, Prabhas said that the world of Baahubali can never come to an end.

During media interactions for Radhe Shyam, Prabhas was asked if the third part of Baahubali will happen anytime soon. "Baahubali is a film I will always hold very close to my heart. The kind of impact it has left in my career can never be matched. Whether Baahubali 3 will happen or not is something I don’t know. But I definitely can’t do immediately, but it has to happen, it will only if Rajamouli wants it," he said

Prabhas essayed the role of Amarendra Baahubali and his son Shivudu. The two-part action-drama also starred Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia, Rana Daggubati, Ramya Krishnan, among others.

Meanwhile, Prabhas and Pooja Hegde starrer Radhe Shyam is currently running in the theatres.
