Following in the footsteps of Dulquer Salmaan's Salute, Tovino Thomas' Naaradhan has been postponed because of the rise of Covid-19 cases. However, according to the schedule, another highly anticipated film, Hridyam, starring Pranav Mohanlal, would be released on January 21. Hridayam director Vineeth Sreenivasan has confirmed in a post that the film will be released on time if no additional restrictions are imposed in the coming days.
Tovino Thomas plays the prominent character of a news anchor in Ashiq Abu's film Naaradhan. Anna Ben, Jaffer Idukki, Indrans, Deepan Sivaraman, Vijayaraghavan, Renji Panicker, Sharaffudeen, and Joy Mathew play pivotal roles in the film.
Unni R. wrote the story, scenario, and screenplay for the film. The movie's character posters have already been revealed. Shakeera Ahmmed will be played by Anna Ben in the film, while Purambokkilachan will be played by Jaffer Idukki. Renji Panicker will portray Govinda Menon, an advocate, while Vijayaraghavan will portray Babuji.
Along with Pranav, Kalyani Priyadarshan and Darshana Rajendran will star in Hridayam. Songs from Hridayam such as Darshana, Unakka Munthiri, and Arike Ninnal are already popular on social media. Hridayam's music was composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab.
Meanwhile, Tovino Thomas is basking in the success of Minnal Murali.
