Last seen in Wazir and also in a cameo in Ki & Ka, Amitabh Bachchan will be seen in the role of John Biswas in the upcoming thriller Te3N where he portrays the role of a grandfather who is on a hunt for the man who kidnapped his granddaughter.
Also, Amitabh Bachchan was in awe of the technology used by Madame Tussauds which has undergone extensive change since they first took measurements for his statue in 2000. Elaborating on it, the megastar said, "Fascinating to see all the modern and technical support they have today for such and other jobs .. for, when my image was first made .. mine was the only Indian, amidst great fury over my status and understanding, that came up in the gallery years and years ago … I am indeed exhausted .. and tomorrow morning is an early morning .."
Further, Senior Bachchan also posted several pictures on his blog and added, "They are back with me here wanting to refurbish the statue in MT, and are taking great pains for measurement and photographs and matchings that need to be done … and yes …'could we please use some of your clothes that do not be used presently, shoes, shirts jackets, glasses .. and the medically positioned to check the colours above all else .."
However, now Amitabh Bachchan is all set to get a revamp of the statue at the Madame Tussauds located in New York. Talking about it on the micro blogging site, Amitabh Bachchan posted this image saying, "I get Madame Tussauds again .. they replenish ..".
Megastar Amitabh Bachchan who enthralled his fans once again in the recently released trailer of TE3N, is all set to get yet another wax statue. Readers may be aware that this superstar was the first Bollywood actor to get a statue at the prestigious Madame Tussauds in 2000.
