Interestingly this will be the first time that the Constitutional Hall which is located between the George Washington memorial and the Vice President Joe Biden’s residence was lit up for the shoot of an Indian film. Commenting on how he managed to shoot at this location, Panneriy states that it wasn’t an easy job and that he had to apply for permission more than 15 times before it was granted. Further the director adds that it was thanks to the fact that his film has American producers and line members as well that assisted in acquiring the permission.
