Describing the moment on his blog, Amitabh Bachchan said, "The masked wonder on the streets of crowded Delhi and ne'er an eye is raised .. this is what life is all about baby .. ohh sorry sorry sorry .. 'baby' word usage banned here from use towards the ladies, without consent .. err so .. this is what what life is all about 'buddy' .." Adding further, he said, "Its called indifference, unrecognisable, and even if recognisable not interested in recognising .. happens to all that were once recognisable .. shall happen to all .. its not something that shall bring the oceans at your feet .. !!
Also starring Taapsee Pannu as the leading lady, Pink marks the Bollywood directorial debut of Bengali filmmaker Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury. Produced under the banner Rising Sun Films, the film is slated to release on September 16, 2016.
Amitabh Bachchan, just a week ago, had announced that he will be flying to Delhi to shoot for Shoojit Sircar's upcoming production, recently titled Pink. However, neither the producer nor the superstar has ever revealed any details of the plot or the characters in the film.
Posting these pictures on his blog he added, "See what I mean .. this is one of the most crowded and busy crossings in my part of the city .. and .. NO PROBLEM .. !!"
Further he appreciated the job of the make-up artist saying, "The make up artist does supreme .. the hours of work on the face sublime and the efforts made to carry forward a story, simply stupendous …" But Bachchan refrained from divulging any more details on the role he is playing.
It is an obvious fact that celebrities are often flocked around by fans who are eager to catch a glimpse of them and this especially creates chaos when a shoot is scheduled on city streets. So, when megastar Amitabh Bachchan takes a casual stroll in the capital, definitely we expect the traffic to come to a standstill.
But none of it happened. In fact, no one on the streets of Delhi seemed to have recognized Amitabh Bachchan while he was walking down, courtesy, his masked face.
