The celebrity yo-yo diet is also questionable. The severity with which they gain and lose weight does make one wonder about the adverse effects on one's body. But Satyajit clears the air as he explains, "Hrithik has always been consistent with his workout. Muscles have memory and they easily adapt to the workout routine. But the movie is now out and did it's bit but the weight, well that was Hrithik's headache post the shoot. And he was surely going to do something about it.
