The hard part was that Hrithik had to start his make up early in the morning to make it for the 9 am shift. The reason behind this was that it used to take up to 3 hours for his look to take shape with the number of prosthetics being used.
Unfortunately though, with a history of back problems and due to Hrithik having to sit still for 3 hours for the makeup, he did face some back problems.
