DP: Ok, this is getting difficult. Ok, I got it! What's your favourite movie from Hollywood?
SR: (laughs) I like all movies with Johnny Depp. I love Alice In Wonderland, Charlie And The Chocolate Factory, Edward Scissorhands, etc. He is crazy. I like him.
DP: (looking at Suzana from top to bottom) Brazil is blessed to have you.
SR: (laughs) Thank You. India is blessed to have me because I have an Asian face.
DP: Now you're talking girl! Do you have an agent?
SR: Yes, I have an agent in India and in Brazil who look after my work.
DP: And many congratulations on your first Bollywood movie - Warning.
SR: Yes, thank you (smiles) I hope there are many more movies after this.
DP: Tell me how were you zeroed in for Warning?
SR: I couldn't do my first audition because I was working at that time somewhere. I couldn't do the second one too. But I was shortlisted for the last one. They saw all the girls, they spoke to me personally and they liked me. I met the director and producer and I got the role of Janina.
DP: Oh, so you play French huh?
SR: Yes, there are three actresses in the film and I play the French girl.
DP: Are you learning French for the role?
SR: I speak English in the film but I have a couple of lines in French. That's about it.
DP: Let's get back to Depp.
SR: (smiles) Yes. I like the fact that he doesn't try too hard. He is simple, eccentric and unpredictable. He is funny.
DP: What about men in India?
SR: (laughs) I love the people in Mumbai. They are funny and make you feel like family. I hate the traffic here though.
DP: I can totally understand you. So, are you planning to settle down in Mumbai?
SR: I would love to but I will have to go back to Brazil to sort my visas out first.
DP: (looking right in her eyes) You have beautiful expressive eyes, luminous skin and a body every woman would love to own. Ever thought of entering Hollywood?
SR: (laughs) You never know. I don't know and I don't want to think of it right now. I am focused on Warning as of now.
DP: Imagine your first movie with Johnny Depp
SR: I would love to (laughs).
DP: Who's your favourite supermodel?
SR: I love Giselle Bundchen from Brazil. -

After almost 20 years on Earth, here's what the Brazilian Goddess has shown she can do - look good, look even better, look hot, look sexy, take a hit and get what she deserves. Only I've judged her from head to toe. But first things first - They don't make them like her in India. Period! It was six o' clock in the evening at Costa but the mercury was just about to touch an all time high, thanks to the beautiful long legs that everyone was staring at as she enters and greets me. Suzana Rodrigues, clocks in at nearly 6 feet in height and has a body that can stop the mad Indian traffic. She walks towards me behind her Indian agent but when she shook my hands I felt like my fingers had been put into the electrical socket, like, pwoah! Pure electricity she was. She sits on a chair opposite me, takes her sunglasses off, crosses her long slender legs, smiles. I loved her immediately. We order for a cappuccino each, mine with the hazelnut syrup. She's wearing a short designer blue dress that makes her look like nothing but gracious and effortless. Her energy is striking but more importantly, she's got a wham-bam personality that has not only catapulted her to the top of the modelling world (she's walked for Prada, Calvin Klein, Guess, Bebe and Mark Jacobs to name a few) but has also kept her firmly at the apex of it. All this and she's just bagged her first Bollywood movie produced by Anubhav Sinha titled Warning. Well, with the rupee hitting an all time low, India's taken a gamble that may be worth its weight in gold - Bollywood's latest import....all the way from Brazil - Eu Adoro-Te Suzana!
Devansh Patel (DP): It's difficult to form a question when someone called Suzana Rodrigues is sitting in front of you
Suzana Rodrigues (SR) : Awww. No it isn't.
DP: So, when did you move to India?
SR: I moved two and a half months ago.
DP: Why did you choose India?
SR: Coming to India was my dream. I had heard of yoga, meditation, etc and I have travelled all over in Asia. So India was the only country remaining in my list. I was in Bangkok for six months modelling and that's where someone urged me to go to India. The next thing is I am sitting in front of you having coffee.
DP: So, have you heard of Bollywood?
SR: (smiles and excited) Yes.
DP: Have you seen any Bollywood movie?
SR: Yes, some of them but I cannot remember names, sorry.
DP: Oh, don't be. Do you remember any actor from Bollywood?
SR: No (now she's embarrassed) -

DP: What advice would you give to aspiring models around the globe?
SR: I think the best advice is to stay positive. You cannot be stupid. You cannot party too much. Most models take their job as holidaying and partying. You have to travel around the world and be focused on your career. You need the passion to succeed and only then you will hit big.
(....and I kept looking at Suzana. By the way, I need to get my Brazil visa soon. Ciao!) -

(I dropped a question and now I was figuring out the answer I didn't know. Yes guys! That awkward moment when you try to be too smart and figure out that you aren't)
DP: (After a lot of thinking) Don't judge him by his looks but by his madness, unpredictability and the lifestyle he lives, it has to be Abhay Deol.
DP: So, let's rewind a bit. When did you start modelling?
SR: I started modelling when I was twelve years old. It's a long time ago. I loved it. I love acting too and I want to make my career in acting in movies, not only Bollywood. But before all this, I was a Law student.
(I look at her pristine priceless face that some God in Brazil created while holidaying)
DP: What? With a face and figure like that? You are kidding me!
SR: (laughs) Yes, for two and a half years I did Law.
DP: You favourite designer?
SR: Mark Jacobs.
DP: You smell awesome. What are you wearing?
SR: I am wearing Dior.
