Says director Kunal Kohli, "We created a set of a village called Sargoda, which is outside Lahore, in India in 1910 when India was under British rule. It was very difficult to find a village in India that looked exactly the same way as it looked a century ago. Every village has made some progress so we had to recreate a set of India 100 years back which was quite a task but my art director Munish Sappal did a very good job."
