Even though glasses make a woman look intensely serious and wonderfully awkward at the same time, her look is quite popular even today.

Though her character Pia's wardrobe was so simple and casual and Bebo was in track pants with t-shirts for most of the scenes, tons of detailing and hundreds of fitting went to create it. Raju had a very clear idea of what he wanted Kareena Kapoor to look like and the glasses were his suggestion. It was a new look for the diva but she instantly fell in love with it.
